These terms apply to your use of VoicePilot (voicepilot.uk), owned and operated by One Fleet Technologies Ltd, registered in England & Wales. By using the site you agree to them.

What VoicePilot does

VoicePilot helps you find products and services by voice and sends you to partner merchants to complete purchases. The merchant, not VoicePilot, sells the product and handles delivery, refunds and returns.

Demonstrations

Pages marked as demos simulate bookings, payments and wallet balances. No money moves and nothing is ordered in a demo.

Reward credits

• VoicePilot Wallet Reward Credits are in-app loyalty credits, not cash or e-money.
• Credits for partner purchases stay pending until the partner confirms the sale, and may be cancelled if the order is returned or cancelled.
• Credits can only be redeemed through options VoicePilot offers, have no cash value otherwise, and cannot be transferred.

Partner links

We may earn a commission when you buy through partner links, at no extra cost to you. Prices and availability are set by the merchant and may change.

Acceptable use

Do not use bots, scripts or fake accounts, or try to earn credits through purchases you do not intend to keep.

Liability

VoicePilot is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
