VoicePilot (voicepilot.uk) is owned and operated by One Fleet Technologies Ltd, registered in England & Wales. This policy explains what data we process and why, in line with UK GDPR and PECR.

Voice and microphone

When you tap a mic button, your browser converts speech to text. Recorded audio stays on your device. Only the text transcript is sent to our servers to check your request or survey answer, and it is not used to build a voiceprint.

Session data and wallet credits

Wallet reward balances are kept in your browser's memory for the current session only. Closing the tab clears them. We do not store payment card details.

Cookies

• An essential access cookie that remembers you have entered the site.
• Partner cookies set by merchants or affiliate networks after you leave VoicePilot through a partner link.

Affiliate links

Some links go through affiliate networks including Awin, CJ Affiliate and Amazon Associates. These links carry a reference (for example clickref or tag=voicepilot-21) so the partner can tell a purchase came from VoicePilot. The reference does not contain your name or email.

Service providers

We use providers to generate spoken replies and translations (ElevenLabs, VeriLingo) and to host the site. They process only the text needed to perform that task.

Your rights
